The process begins with washing and sorting the dates, followed by pre-cooking to soften them, then pitting and kneading to extract the pulp. After that, the juice is extracted and filtered, then concentrated using a vacuum evaporator.

The final product is stored in dedicated tanks, then automatically filled into bottles and tightly sealed using modern filling and capping machines. The line also includes a complete water treatment system and a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system to ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Stages of the Date Syrup Production Line and the Equipment Used

DATES WASHING MACHINE

Used for fresh fruits, dried fruits washing, ensure the quality of raw materials. By the action of the high pressure water and strong bubble, the vegetables

and fruits will be cleaned by exploding and tumbling bubbles, and the same time, stainless steel belt convey vegetables move ahead, the cleaned

vegetables and fruits will be washed again by spraying cleaner above and

then delivery to next process.

Dates Sorting Table

Automatic Pre-Cooking Machine

Used for cooking and softening the raw material, to be ready for next process. Tunnel preheating, stainless steel mesh chain conveying form, stainless steel frame structure. Matching stainless steel water tank, stainless steel circulating water filter, steam filter, steam outlet, PT100 temperature sensor, speed regulating motor, etc. Equipped with self-cleaning high-pressure spray device.

Pulping & Pitting Machine

Used for dates pulping, seed and skin removing, equipped with steam preheating jacket and steam filter

Water Treatment System

Widely used in foods and beverage industry, milk, juice industrial. The raw water is underground water /tap water, first goes by pre-treatment, then by RO treatment.
